By now, I know that the rumour is true. Far away, in a sleepy village in the Durance valley, I've experienced the thrill of continuous acceleration to a level of 2000 meters. Although it's just a fraction of the final altitude that they want to reach, the achievement until now is unsurpassed. Although taking pictures wasn't allowed, I managed to take this shot without anyone noticing... |
