You watch you watch you watch...  Now, are these free floating figures more collections of points on the complex plane, or just arbitrary results of a 3 dimensional representation?  also, for three dimensional representations where are they getting the z axis?

yea, that vid.  thanks.  that link doesn't tell me about the z axis for the 3d rendering.  thats whats confusing me.
