Title: Fog problem in Mandelbulb
Post by: AllIsOne on October 18, 2010, 04:04:23 AM
This is my first video with Mandelbulb.
It is far from perfection, I know tongue stuck out

Does someone know why at the end of the video I see some fog ?
Can I avoid this fog? I can not zoom further because it become all grey.

Thank you

Still nice, it is the "Depth" slider in the lighting settings (ambient tab)... set it to 0 (left side)
to turn the depth fog effect off.
But that would not prevent from vanishing structures at higher zooms, if this should not happen
you have to increase the Zend value, but that slows rendering down.

Off topic, AllIsOne, but I love your sig.  It describes the paradox of attention very poetically.
