I made this with Mandelbulb 3D (thanks, Jesse!). It's my first real attempt at animation with M3D. So, if you have any suggestions, especially about the tendency for the shape to "spray sand" I'd love to hear them. Thanks. :D The Rev Title: Re: D'Riemann Post by: Jesse on October 15, 2010, 04:57:59 PM Very cool one, there is really not much what you could do better!
The "sand" effect or noise is coming from thin object layers and some overstepping what can't really be avoided, or only by slowing the rendering much down by decreasing the "Raystep multiplier". I think this is really good as it is, funny that my first video or "slow animation" was also the riemann formula, but yours is much better :) Title: Re: D'Riemann Post by: The Rev on October 16, 2010, 11:31:03 PM Thanks so much!
