totally getting sucked into this... and i though rendering pics was sucking up a lot of my cpu cycles  :-\

Interesting transform, a bit too fast at the end though...

Nice vid :) It's always pleasant to see new people motivated to post Mandelbulb videos. I haven't seen many Julia variations on Mandelboxes/Hybrids, maybe one topic you could look at? ;)

Interesting transform, a bit too fast at the end though...

what happens is the power of the reimann transform falls to 1, so the circular symmetry collapses and it turns into a blob in a similar way to the way low-power mandelbulbs lose the circular symmetry, and look like blobby mandelbrots  ;D
