Title: Kineteic Energy Variation Mandelbrot Post by: Lee Oliver on August 05, 2010, 07:49:08 PM I haven't been working with Xaos recently so I got on and got to work. I got inspiration from the equation for calculating kinetic energy. I got a very energetic looking fractal. I'm going to keep working on it.
z2=[z*c]2 2 (http://www.fractalforums.com/gallery/3/1787_05_08_10_7_38_29.png) http://www.fractalforums.com/index.php?action=gallery;sa=view;id=3162 Title: Re: Kineteic Energy Variation Mandelbrot Post by: Thunderwave on August 05, 2010, 08:50:18 PM AWESOME! :D
I'd love to see more! Title: Re: Kineteic Energy Variation Mandelbrot Post by: Lee Oliver on August 05, 2010, 09:06:05 PM Thank you Thuderwave. I rendered one of its julias just a little while ago.

2 Does that mean, z=0? :p I guess, you meant something like this? z->[z*c]² 2 Well, either way, the results are really nice :) Title: Re: Kineteic Energy Variation Mandelbrot Post by: Thunderwave on August 05, 2010, 10:13:37 PM I think it is. I love this, julia! I'd be interested in seeing more. :D

Quote I think it is. I love this, julia! I'd be interested in seeing more. I will get back on it and post more. |
