Title: Saying Hello Post by: djenkins22 on April 14, 2010, 12:20:21 AM Hey everyone I'm Dan, I started getting into fractals and tesselations not long ago and they are sweet. Also anyone have links to a 3D mandrelbrot program?

There is a whole category here for Mandelbulb Software : http://www.fractalforums.com/mandelbulb-software/ Or just click the "Downloads" link at the top of the page to find a nice one O0 I look forward to seeing what you come up with. Also anyone have links to a 3D mandrelbrot program? Greetings, and Welcome to this particular Forum !!! :) As to 3-D fractal applications, I assume you mean REAL 3-D generating programs, the ones that are capable of actually saving a 3-D object, which is different than those programs that only simulate a 3-D image while generating 2-D. There are several available, and here are a few worth investigating (just look for the Save-As or Export option to a 3-D file format):
