What aspect of rendering is giving you trouble? There are many helpful folks here who can very likely assist. Although it's not the "purest" of the fractals, I feel they allow the most room for creative expression. And it's easier to have a random picture throw at you, rather than having to hunt through coordinates for one yourself... good luck! And please do give some more explanation of what you mean by the "steps"...
