If you can Generate Standard White Layers Standard Parse to NRRD, you can send Alpha values from the image stack, as white layers, use Embodi!!! and freddi 3Dslicer programs, it sounds like mandelbud3D already or similar programs. Mandibular3d has triple 3D view and OpenCL 3D rendering modes and it's for hamsters.

fiji it's image stack to save as .Nrrd, then run in embodi 3d, else have a twirl on the huge slicer 3d program which does 2k volumes of marching cubes per graphics frame at 10 frames per second if you triple SLI grapics configured. It's all very weird resonance imaging freeware which is like freddyprograms or something. :)
