Title: The Penultimate metaphase Post by: Fluoroantimonic Acid on October 02, 2017, 02:32:52 AM Over the course of 8 days, I've rendered yet another metaphase zoom.
This video lets everyone get a glimpse at what a row of 256 X's would look like in the Mandelbrot set. The total amount of iterations used was 6 million. More information can be found in the description of the video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3qDgr1OZaPU Title: Re: The Penultimate metaphase Post by: spaciane on October 04, 2017, 12:41:15 AM I never expect to find a X-video on fractalforum. That's kind of exiting! :embarrass:
Title: Re: The Penultimate metaphase Post by: CFJH on October 04, 2017, 10:26:08 PM I was rendering nearly a same zoom before some years (inspirated by a similar zoom found on youtube).
Currently my zoom is at 8192 X in a row (Zoom deep is 1E4000), the goal was to get 64k X-es. But currently the project is stopped because i need the computer power for other stuff.
