Title: Allow primitives to be unaffected by render limits
Post by: Kyzia on August 28, 2017, 12:11:56 AM
I'd like to suggest the option that primitives would be unaffected by render limits (bounding box)

Easiest example of why is with the following;
I want to render a bounded mandelbox on a plane or surface of some sort.  But the bounds imposed on the fractal are also applied to the plane (so I can't have one, basically).

As an added bonus, I suppose, allowing the volumetric effects to be unaffected by render limits might be useful too.

Alternately, if there's a different way to achieve this, I'd be grateful to learn how.

Example :

I know the restriction and will ask Buddhi if it can be implemented.

Thank you  :)

In case it's not being said enough - you guys are doing a fantastic job on this.
