It´s not really a * condolence book * at last, but * GFW2x * will be a permanent part now at my website for Links to Titia´s
unforgettable work.

What sad news to come back to after a prolonged absence.

I wish her family well, and will always remember her as one of the best!

I just had a nice idea.

Perhaps for the month of March the banner rotator up top should use only Titia's Banners as a Tribute to Ms. Van Beugen and all she gave the community.

The others can easily be restored later, and it would be a nice way to honor her contributions.

Any thoughts?

A very thoughtful idea, but not sure she had that many banners in which the forum is using.

Besides, the "bulbers" and "boxers" seem to want their work shown a lot more.   :evil1:

As newbie I walked through the gallery and was fascinated by the autstanding art work of titia van beugen.
Her fractals in the forum gallery and on other pages in the internet are masterpieces.

The visual aspect of hearts and stars is very fitting for this remembrance of Titia.  She was a star in the fractal art community, and may she always be in all of our hearts.

I loved Titia's sprit and work. Just before she passed I ordered all three of her calanders from DeviantArt.....her work in FE is completely mind boggling and unequaled....I miss her and the beauty she brought into the world

Even today, a long time after Titia's death, when one of her fractals is used in a banner, you immediately know its something special, as she was.......as an artist I wish I had some of her params to explore further...she was an amazing explorer, and I hope her family is well

titia is somewhat like one of the few founder of this forums! member since 2006 i think, i checked it right now, from october 2006, and the forums has been founded by heneganj back in those days, and as you see in the contest entries she has been a quite active member ever since! nice to bring it up again mark :(

Still very much in heart and mind,,, turned out to be a good friend and we collaborated on stuff almost up to almost her final day. Wonderful person, tremendous spirit and sorely missed dear friend,

I never got to meet her and wish I could of, her work is beautiful.

absolutely beautiful work... she will continue on the fractal multiverse in the form of another iteration... we are never gone...

I have all of the SPOT files that were posted to the FE-Users group, which Titia was a member of.  I also have several other SPOT files of hers she made available.  I was attempting to get her whole collection from her before she passed, but she became too sick at the end to respond any longer with me, so did not get everything.

Not sure exactly how many of her files I actually have in total.
 

I still think of her work and her comments.  She was a true champion of fractal art.
