This is new fractal which comes from repeating relatively simple equation. It is colored using the 'buddhabrot' technique. Which is to consider only paths of diverging iterations Title: Re: The Dark Sorcerer Fractal Post by: youhn on March 08, 2017, 09:42:53 PM Creator of The Dark Sorcerer, would you be so kind to enlighten us with The Equation?
Title: Re: The Dark Sorcerer Fractal Post by: Piece of Infinity on March 08, 2017, 09:54:33 PM Of course. Next iteration is calculated like this:
c.multiply(c); c.conjugation(); c.cos(); c.plus(c0); c.sin() c.plus(c0); Title: Re: The Dark Sorcerer Fractal Post by: Chillheimer on March 09, 2017, 12:28:01 AM incredible. the buddhabrot method should be considered much more important.
what software did you use? Title: Re: The Dark Sorcerer Fractal Post by: Piece of Infinity on March 10, 2017, 08:51:29 PM This was rendered by program I wrote myself in Java. I intend to share it after some major updates... |
