Animation shows series of Julia set images on boundary of main cardioid of standard Mandelbrot set. Each image shows Siegel disc and external rays 1/3 and 2/3 which land on the repelling ( or parabolic at the end) period 2 cycle. See how :

• siegel disc is glued into 2 sepals
• spirla parts of Julia set around period 2 cycle is incorporated into main component of Julia set
