Title: Experimenting With Reflections - Mandelbulber v2.09-3 Post by: freakiebeat on December 23, 2016, 03:17:06 PM Primitive sphere with reflective surface - camera moving around the object - static background.
This clip was produced using built in mandelbulber2 animation functions. http://vimeo.com/196846625 (http://vimeo.com/196846625) Primitive sphere with reflective surface - camera moving around the object - dynamic background. I had to put this one together frame by frame due to the dynamic background. http://vimeo.com/196848373 (http://vimeo.com/196848373) The background image/animation is a flame fractal produced with flam3 scripts. Title: Re: Experimenting With Reflections - Mandelbulber v2.09-3 Post by: freakiebeat on December 24, 2016, 03:16:12 PM The mandelbulber2 animations were rendered at 1920x1080. The background [animation] was also rendered at 1920x1080 which caused [to my eye] pixelization using equirectangular background texture mapping, so my backgrounds in that mapping mode will be at least 4K resolution in the future.
