Title: If we have a mandelbox, can we fold a cube into quantum orbital shapes?

Is a mandelbox an ISO surface? what happens if we fold a cube over some isosurfaces that are similar to electron orbitals with 4-6-12 etc symmetries, instead of a sphere? What happens if you try to fold a tetrahedron over bridge of electrons instead of a cube?
