“The Geometry of Innocence”
Oil on Canvas 19"x25"
It is not uncommon to get the feeling of cosmic gooseflesh, which forms fractals on your skin, but here we have cosmic gooseflesh forming the geometry of innocence right before your very eyes.
Perhaps deceitful, this painting uses the sensual stance and look of the female character as a hook, but engages the viewer to think just what the geometry of innocence is. Is innocence found in the fractal formation of the nubile teen, or in the fractal formations of the thunderhead which has positioned itself behind her, or in the Julia fractal that is dynamically taking her skin beyond the cosmic gooseflesh state to the effervescent female form, created from fractals. Here is a celebration of everything that is fractal, fluid and occurs just below the ability for our senses to detect.
