Title: Navigator closing in Post by: yommi1999 on April 25, 2016, 11:26:49 AM I want to get really close to the surface in fractals but the navigator just generates new iterations. How can I get close to the terrain?

However, you may have a fractal where the repeats itself within itself so zooming will not help if you are after a variance - try adding another formula to the mix to disrupt the repeating. If you want see greater detail after you've collided, walk backwards till the red disappears and manually increase the zoom (there will be an arrow next to zoom when you select fixed zoom and steps mode.) |
