Title: Fractal disagreement Post by: TheRedshiftRider on March 27, 2016, 08:59:31 PM While replying to Chillheimer's post on reddit about Bill's poster I posted a yt video. It might be funny to share it here as well.
https://youtu.be/zfdxqRXM6Sc In this case two or more people disagree entirely and in all smaller scales of their opinions. They think the other is fractally wrong opinion-wise. (Chilli am I describing this correctly? :tongue1:) Title: Re: Fractal disagreement Post by: Chillheimer on March 28, 2016, 09:41:38 AM hehe, great one.. :)
(and yes) Title: Re: Fractal disagreement Post by: mclarekin on March 28, 2016, 12:43:45 PM That is so good, and the fractal similarity bit is just a bonus O0 O0 O0
Title: Re: Fractal disagreement Post by: Max Sinister on May 25, 2016, 11:18:34 PM Yes, that's fractal wrongness, and many people on the internet know that concept too well.
Title: Re: Fractal disagreement Post by: Max Sinister on May 25, 2016, 11:24:46 PM Hey, we even have an old thread here (http://www.fractalforums.com/fractal-humor/fractal-wrongness/)!
And of course, there's the classic: PHP: a fractal of bad design (https://eev.ee/blog/2012/04/09/php-a-fractal-of-bad-design/) Title: Re: Fractal disagreement Post by: TheRedshiftRider on May 26, 2016, 06:53:29 AM Well this is what you get if two people are both fractally wrong.
In case of the video. I actually see another fractal here. The situation actually resembles the mandelbrot function. F(z)=z^2+c Where z is the couple, you could square them because of their similar wrongness. C is the psychiator which guides them into the argument. Is there a way we could represent this visually? :D Title: Re: Fractal disagreement Post by: TheRedshiftRider on May 27, 2016, 07:46:02 AM I guess there is. They have become fractal:
