Title: 3D textures to Ray Marched SDFs

Hi,
I'm interested in using ray marching on a shader (GLSL) to reproduce 3D polygon models. I saw this technique using 3D textures to create SDFs..

This is just what I'm looking for - but does anyone have any source code for this?

also, how would I create the 3D texture from a model in the first place. I have Cinema 4D & Blender.
