There are two images for each formula in a category - one with Julia on (default values), one with Julia off.
All formulas use their default values.
The default Z-Start is -2.
Where the fractal fills the image window, an
attempt has been made to move the camera away from the fractal to get a good view of it (by making Z-Start more negative until Z-Start is less than -256).
The montage is followed by an index of Image # shown in the montage image to Category # and Formula name.
