Title: twilight buddhabrot gallery Post by: Bazan__Eric on September 13, 2015, 08:50:45 AM (http://www.fractalfreak.com/Images/Bhudda/Twilight/cdp_5_2.bmp)
After a short hiatus, another buddhabrot gallery. Continue to refine my craft - both program and process. These are 2 million iteration (bailout) buddhabrots, rendered using a program I wrote. 128 bit arithmetic. My finest buddhabrots to date -Eric (new email:erics.bazan@mail.ru) http://www.fractalfreak.com/Twilight/Twilight.html Title: Re: twilight buddhabrot gallery Post by: quaz0r on September 14, 2015, 02:21:54 AM nice images

Title: Re: twilight buddhabrot gallery Post by: Bazan__Eric on September 30, 2015, 08:22:19 AM The pictures were very slow to develop, some required several hours. 4 megapixel sample regions were reduced to 512x512.. > 2 million max iteration (bailout) for detail. Most of the time spent searching for < 10 points with escape times of > 500,000. These 'orbits' contribute the most of the detail.

Please do not do it again. Thanks. |
