Title: Generating visuals using ABLETON
Post by: refraktal on August 01, 2015, 09:01:16 AM
Now, generally speaking, ABLETON is a music production software.  At first glance, one would think that's all it's for.  Lately though I've been discovering more and more people creating plugins to be used in this software that can generate visuals based on sound input. Pretty crazy stuff!

There are a few plugins I've seen that actually generate fractal images from the sound you feed it. I figured some might be interested in checking it out if they've ever used or even heard of ableton

check out these videos to see what I'm talking about:

Hope to see some responses ;)

wow, that is pretty cool, and they use their fantastic parameter controls there, i like that, huge control, i think my resolume plugins would work for resolume as well, i am soon going to publish more, here are some ffgl plugins i currently have made available

For those of you that are interested, here is a music video we made using nothing but these Ableton plugins and our own music to generate the visuals!!  O0
