You can right now with Fragmentarium (http://www.digilanti.org/fragmentarium/) :D and the attached fragment script, if you have a computer with a reasonably fast GPU ;) I understand you are fairly new to this, don't let the complexity of this program be a deterrent, you don't need to be a programmer or mathemagician to be creative or to explore these wonderful worlds, there are lots of scripts and fractal types that some very talented people have put together.
