I don't understand your problem?

Most of your issues come from trying to attach images.  Please use the gallery for images!  Attachments are meant only for very small files, usually parameters or other things - NOT images!  Images work, but attachments are a terrible way to post images and the feature should never be used that way except for very small images.

If your images have bad file extensions, change the extension if you insist on trying to attach them rather than use an external image host or the gallery.

But I'm glad that only at FRACTALFORUMS site exist images whick it's saving as JPG_THUMB. That site isn't corrupted. But the troubles with extensions PNG_THUMB and PNG_ORIGINAL and PNG_LARGE was fixed. Maybe the format JPG if will be out of order over 10 years, and FRACTALFORUMS almost not recognising JPG.

First JPEG standard was published in 1992. So after being around for about 23 years, it's expected to be around for more than 10 years.

Compared to the ASCII standard, the JPEG is young. The ASCII dated back to 1963, so it's been here for about 52 years.

Wait a little while and computer standards are older than the average human age.

But if time is just a dimension in the reality preceived by limited creatures as ourself to have a direction? Does old have any meaning?

That's actually a nice question for a sunday. I think you can view time non-directional, in the way of "the number of changes (in state of some kind of system or particle)". So while it rains, dries, day, night, born, die, companies come and go ... and all that while JPG and ASCII stay the same. Maybe old is not a good word. I feel more for words like firm, stable, proven or attractor for things that stay in the middle of (turbulent) change.

Code:
,S
 Some things will never change
These prove to be the stable ones
Not like smoke or lonely ripples
 On the universal fluid of
 Our little bubble

web browsers use various techniques for definining an image type, in general a "thumbnail" is nothing else than a normal picture, just smaller

you as "standard" user are in no way allowed to rename anything on our server ;)

Yeah sure, I also say goodbye and farewell to IT. And technology, earth, the sun and our galaxy. You know it will collide with Andromeda (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Andromeda%E2%80%93Milky_Way_collision)?

Did they write anything about a timescale? 40 years? 400 years?

Relatively speaking that could be anything. But they would be predicting something that probably will not happen anytime soon but maybe I'm saying this wrong.
