lol i am in an excess of updating everything right now, i also pay for an content delivery network distribution of the static data like images, so the browsing speed should be increasing very much for locations outside germany in the next days, furthermore i am going to adjust some of the template codes like javascript and css files to be used from the content distribution site for fastest delivery of sites content

The theme reverted to default and I can't make it bring back my pink color scheme!!   :headbatting:

The color scheme is not critical, but is a big part of the site.

If the ability to change it was intentionally removed, that is bad.

If it was an accidental effect from the upgrade, maybe look into it when time allows.

I don't like this blue-ish scheme.  If it can't be fixed, I suggest making the default scheme the pink one so everybody can enjoy it   :surf: :gum:

i just tried to upload a 9MB 3840x2160 png and it said

The following error or errors occurred while adding the picture
No uploaded picture found.

hmm, the host itself might take a few days to update, i will give it a try later on, but right now i am seeing the old hosting package in my hosters area

so, i checked and the hosting should be updated now as well, the upload limit is 8 megabyte though for images...

front page speed seems to be much  faster, from ~0.25s seconds down to ~0.1 to render the front page from the database ;)
at the bottom of the page the render time is outputted

there exists also a way to speed up rendering with database caching, but i could not get it up easily because a server side module must be installed for that

nevertheless the CDN (content delivery network) for the static data like images is now in place and running ;)
