Title: Hi Folks Post by: Andrew Wilson on January 03, 2015, 08:56:03 PM Hi Folks
Since my stroke in July I have found new interests which help me with my rehabilitation. One of my new interests is Fractal Art and Fractal Movie making. I have seen some awesome fractal videos on YouTube, however my attempts make quite amateurish viewing. I use M3D and compiling my resulting JPEG "frames" into quality videos is frustrating me. I use Sony Vegas Pro and Windows Moviemaker at present. Any tips/links to improve my M3D video output would be welcome. If you check the posts you will find plenty of advice on video quality, as a rule keep everything at the best quality you can until the final video render. That means PNG not JPEG, and the larger the resolution the better, which means a lot of render time required. Frame rate maybe 30fps or higher. I've seen a lot of topics covering software and codecs in these forums, so searching the posts will give you a lot more advice.
