It's a compilation of my 100+ best fractal images since 2009, mostly made with Mandelbulb3D. There's a great foreword written by Jos Leys, and I also wrote a short essay to explain my vision and my motivation to play with fractals to link sciences and arts. Each image is accompanied with a short text, sometimes a quote from someone I admire, sometimes a poem, sometimes equations, or technical explanations of the formulas and rendering techniques. A pretty strange mix, but I'm super happy with the result! If you are looking for a fractal present for Christmas, that might be the one! And it's amazing how the perception of things change when you print it, or put it in a frame ... or even gallery. Anyway, my french is good enough to order some bread ... so together with the images the book will be good. The cover looks very promising!
