Title: Fractals for Festival Post by: Johan R on July 03, 2014, 08:50:37 AM I'm hosting an event at a festival called "Putte i parken" (www.putteiparken.se) in Sweden today and three days forward.
One of the activities is using Mandelbulb 3d to make nice pictures. I need about 10 - 25 Fractals to print as examples. If any one would like to contribute please send some jpgs to jr@jrscience.se Prefered resolution: A3 at 150 ppi The fractals will be printed on plain paper and put outside on my van, so there is a possibility some of them will disappear. DON´T send anything you want to keep exclusive. Thanks for any help. Title: Re: Fractals for Festival Post by: cKleinhuis on July 03, 2014, 10:23:43 AM Arr, very short notice, good luck!

Not sure if any of these are A3 or 150 ppi (I have no idea what A3 even is!), but feel free to use, misuse, and abuse anything you can find in my gallery here: http://www.fractalforums.com/index.php?action=gallery;sa=myimages;u=162 I often post parameters to make it easier for you to render to your standards. I may be able to find the parameters for any not posted. Hope it helps and good luck with the show! Title: Re: Fractals for Festival Post by: youhn on July 03, 2014, 02:17:25 PM A3 is papersize 16.5 x 11.7 in inches, which in this case would require a minimum resolution of 2475 x 1755 pixels for landscape prints.

I did a Google search and found som sufficently good images. I will use the 7sine-mandelbulb in the workshop. Thanks David. Sorry for the short notice. The was a misunderstanding with the striping of the van. So this was a last minute solution. |
