Heliopolis II is the capital of the Felarian Empire, located on Felaris Prime, and its streets are aligned so that at that world's southern hemisphere's summer solstice the sunset shines down broad avenues and, as seen from the parade ground, silhouettes the Imperial Quarter, where the Emperor's palace and the core machinery of government are located.
