The Pacific has nothing on the Matchmaker Mandelbrot, though, as this zoom of a spacefilling-detail-bearing region of the lower left part of "Pastel Storm" demonstrates. (This region is also visible somewhat left of the center of "Intersections in Complex Space".) The coloring is unchanged from "Pastel Storm" (which did change it from "Intersections in Complex Space"). The spirals wrap more tightly or otherwise differently from place to place in this image due to it being a parameter-space view.
