Title: Online Fractal Generator Post by: top-quark on May 04, 2014, 12:22:18 PM My online fractal generation application has just gone live:
http://fractals.usefuljs.net/ (http://fractals.usefuljs.net/) It grew out of a project that I developed for a teach-kids-to-program class that I run. Sad but true: programming is both a day job and a leisure activity. I would be very interested to get feedback and suggestions for future development. Oh, and if anyone more mathematically minded than me can take a look at the documentation and point out any terminological inexactitudes that have inadvertently slipped out, I would be very grateful. Caveat: since I've only just put it online, I've not had a chance to test with Internet Explorer. It should work with v10 and higher but no guarantees until I get into work next week. Wow, that's amazing. Incredible my deep respect. This must be so much fun for anybody young or old to play with and get acquainted with a fractal-generator. I'm going to send it to all my friends so they can easily try to make a nice fractal. I'm sorry for I can't help you with your difficult questions but I can only give you a true compliment. Ps, I work with IE most of the time and with me it worked well. Next week I will enjoy spending more time with it :) Greetings Caleidoscope Title: Re: Online Fractal Generator Post by: top-quark on May 06, 2014, 01:17:44 AM Just added support for Bob Devaney's favourite formula: zP + c - λ/zQ. That's one way to occupy a bank holiday, I guess. Now I really need to get back to real life!
