Title: New version of Fractalytic Post by: dpw-shane on February 15, 2014, 01:46:44 PM After a long time away from the keyboard a new version of my Fractalytic program has been uploaded today. This is just a small update to the program (now version 0.63.1) that includes Anti-Alias routines for the Fractal Fern and a new colouring scheme for the Fractal Quilts. I hope to be able to add the anti-aliasing to the other affine transformation fractals shortly.

Also the Fractal Fern drawing routine has been optimised slightly to improve render times.

This is only a minor update and doesn't add much to the front-end of the program but does include further anti-alias routines for Symmetric Fractals, Square Quilts and Hex Quilts as well as some speed improvements and other optimisation.

The Mandelbrot and Julia fractal types now have three different colour schemes rather than just the standard one from the previous versions.
