Well, now it has the right color :) Title: Re: Yodabulb (green) - For kram1032, this one is! Post by: cKleinhuis on January 22, 2014, 01:02:31 AM as you allknow, i like the "happy fractal" faces, nevertheless, this is a strong image wich is worth playing around with, in my eyes 2 main areas could be played with, open the realtime 3d navigator and play with the parameters (right arrow in browser window)
and second would be the color set up, either attentuate colors with lightcolormaps, or regular palette sliding, in a way to attentuate the head of the beast in a different color than the background my five cents :D nice work! Post by: ConfusedMonkey on January 22, 2014, 02:56:23 PM This is one of those tricky ones, where the z depth is so minimal that i can't separate the head from the background without getting leaking colors no matter what coloring choice in the calculation i use.
I've tried the internal pallet (which i'm using for this) and about 200 light maps. Just can't get it separated. :banginghead: Title: Re: Yodabulb (green) - For kram1032, this one is! Post by: cKleinhuis on January 22, 2014, 03:41:30 PM have you tried the various coloring methods ?!
in the main window there is a tab "coloring" Title: Re: Yodabulb (green) - For kram1032, this one is! Post by: ConfusedMonkey on January 23, 2014, 04:17:39 PM Tried all of those: Orbit trap, Ll, Rout and Map Vector. I could photoshop it, but i wan't to keep 'em all raw. |
