This is one of my slightly modified mandelbrots. It performs 2 different calculations on alternate iterations: z = z * z + Julia z = abs(z * z) + Julia These are available for Fractal eXtreme as plugins (linked to on the Fractal eXtreme board). I've only just last night added another 16 fractal types (all variations of one another) to the zip file. Enjoy.
