Though there are some interesting aspects of this image, and the pattern used is intriguing, something about it does not seem quite right.   It is somewhere in the shadows and reflections.   It just seems like a double-exposure photograph in many ways.   Also, I was curious about the pattern being used, and why the sphere has the beginning of the same shapes as that on the wall behind it, but all of a sudden stops being the same.

The same height map was used on both of the planes and the sphere.  Why the pattern seems to change into something different on the sphere is maybe a mix between positioning and optical illusions.  :)
