I hav a problem with mandelbulb 3d I have some fractal and when i save it in 2000 px the picture looks right. But when i save it in 3000 px and higher the picture change it form to a roundish objekt. What can i do to address an issue. . I attach two photos - first is the original fractal saved in 200px ; and sekond is the same fractal saved in 3000px and preview in 3d navi. . unfortunately there is no solution for this problem, the Log4D formula is a more experimental one that does not produce accurate distance estimates. Technically spoken: In the higher resolution image the distance is generated from gradients of more nearby points and the formula seems to be critical to this change.
