Title: Mandelbulb 3D and Apophysis Not Loading Properly
Post by: imakeart on June 09, 2013, 09:23:36 PM
I'm having an odd issue with both of my fractal programs. They just won't load. It appears that they load--an icon even appears in the taskbar, but the program isn't truly open. Here's a screenshot from Mandelbulb 3D:

I'm have no issues with any of my other programs. I've run a complete scan of my computer, and I've run CCleaner. Still no luck and no major issues found.

I'm running Windows 7, 64 bit.

Has anyone else had this problem and know the solution?

I should add I've been using these programs for years. They were loading fine just a couple months ago.

Second screen. We are in the process of moving and I neglected to unplug my second monitor the way I should have and both Apophysis and Mandelbulb were looking for it.  :embarrass: I should have thought of it sooner but I'm completely exhausted.

I did Ctrl Tab to select Mandelbulb 3D, then Ctrl Space, the M and used of the arrows and my mouse to bring it onto the one screen. Did the same for Apophysis and now I'm back in business. Too bad I didn't figure it out sooner. Later today I'll be hooked back up to my second monitor. LOL

very good, it is always helpful to include the solutions in your questions when having found a solution, thank you!
