Title: Sosius employs fractal mapping for project management Post by: Nahee_Enterprises on April 18, 2009, 03:38:53 AM a British software developer, has launched Sosius Visualization, a project-management program that uses fractal maps to deliver unique views of project progress. The application offers a view of project information in the form of a circular graphic that looks something like a Petri dish filled with colored circles. When the user moves the mouse cursor over a circle, data pops up that allows them to drill down on that aspect of the project. “Sosius Visualization gives you a snapshot of what’s going on right now,” said Andrew Cameron-Webb, CTO of Sosius. “With the ability to see a one-sheet of what’s happening in real time, managers know where they need to act and where there is progress happening.” See: http://sosius.com/en/events/news.asp (http://sosius.com/en/events/news.asp) |
