Probably becouse still frame dissapeared;)

the problem was that if i disable uploading to a parent category the child categories are disabled as well, i always just want to prevent the parent category from uploading, but by doing so nothing is seeable for users, we as admins dont have such problems ;) righty right, let us the show begin !
