Title: Re: Dancing Microorganism Post by: cKleinhuis on April 12, 2013, 04:23:28 AM well done, that web shader shit is really awesome, when i wrote my first articles about shader programming in 2003 i was hoping for easy accesible shaders like we have nowadays,
be aware that you are an extraordinary creative dude (amongst others here) i love it! thats the way to play with techniques, fractals are just a part of it, an important one, but just a part ... a tiny part ... Title: Re: Dancing Microorganism Post by: eiffie on April 12, 2013, 05:58:04 PM I have to get a laptop with a decent GPU :( I am missing some fun. Oh well I will check it out later.
I have found fractals to be indispensible when making these small shader scripts - how else can you program infinity in 4k? So these webGL sites are great but this still feels like home. Maybe someday we add a fractal webGL app here??? Title: Re: Dancing Microorganism Post by: cKleinhuis on April 12, 2013, 06:06:36 PM i would love to include a fractal app, in my eyes something lilke syntopia did, with the possibility to include the orbits, and the julias at least some predefined formulas for experimenting and newbie showing would be cool .... |
