 Ok, I started a new thread, I wasn't sure I should do so.
But I was following a tutorial of "Fiery Fire" and found what I
reckon might be an interesting feature of the negative scale
abox, using the _rot(x,y,z) added formula, and I found this
site:

 I discovered an interesting location on the "negative Abox"
following a tutorial from someone I think is called "Fiery Fire"
in which he describes using negative values for the scale
parameter in the amazing box, but then goes on to add the
_rotate function added to "open up" the surfaces on the
AmazBox, and then shows some regions that look like what
I guess are kind of 3D Apollonian regions.
 I folowed it as far as I could, then went in a different

 Now, I am sure that there are better renders to be found, and I have
a sneaking suspicion something is just around the corner, but I wanted to
ask if anybody out there who has a faster machine than I do might take a
bit of a flight across this and post the animation
I really would be grateful.
