Title: Fractal Science Kit 1.10 Released Post by: Ross Hilbert on February 20, 2009, 02:48:34 PM Hi,
I have just released version 1.10 of the Fractal Science Kit fractal generator. Notable changes in this release: - Reworked all dialogs for compatibility with a wide range of displays. - Added the ability to generate very large images. - Added the ability to use a transparent background via PNG transparency. - Added a Help button to all dialogs to open the documentation to the page that describes the dialog. - Added an option to play a sound when fractal generation is complete. - Added a Time Remaining field to the status bar. - Enhanced the texture mapping by using bilinear interpolation of colors for points between pixels. For the complete list of changes see the release notes at: - http://www.fractalsciencekit.com/support/release.htm (http://www.fractalsciencekit.com/support/release.htm) Key Links: Main page: http://www.fractalsciencekit.com/index.htm (http://www.fractalsciencekit.com/index.htm) Fractal Gallery: http://www.fractalsciencekit.com/gallery/gallery.htm (http://www.fractalsciencekit.com/gallery/gallery.htm) Fractal Tutorials: http://www.fractalsciencekit.com/tutorial/intro.htm (http://www.fractalsciencekit.com/tutorial/intro.htm) Fractal Examples: http://www.fractalsciencekit.com/tutorial/examples/examples.htm (http://www.fractalsciencekit.com/tutorial/examples/examples.htm) Enjoy, Ross Hilbert hilbert@fractalsciencekit.com Title: Re: Fractal Science Kit 1.10 Released Post by: cKleinhuis on February 20, 2009, 07:41:56 PM thank you, why is it v1.10 ?
