The location in triple seahorse valley is just off the side of a seahorse spiral.

Besides the base layer, with a brown to peach to pale pink to whitish-lavender gradient, there are two highly-translucent layers, one greenish and one brownish, using orbit traps, one a disk and one an annulus, to add a bit of decoration and texture to the image.
