HQ - https://dl.dropbox.com/u/64296095/ff3a.m2t (https://dl.dropbox.com/u/64296095/ff3a.m2t) p.s. have you another music? Title: Re: intros and outros needed!!! Post by: lxh on November 13, 2012, 01:12:19 PM How about that ...
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lZCx_PXZShs (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lZCx_PXZShs) ... don't know why youtube fluffs up the quality and plays it at 240 per default. You may set higher quality or better right click here (http://www.feelgreat.at/lxh/temp/chaosTVmidtro.mp4) to download the footage (1920x1080 25fps 15.3MB H.264 16mBit mp4) Title: Re: intros and outros needed!!! Post by: cKleinhuis on November 13, 2012, 03:29:47 PM great, i am currently on a re-edit directors cut ;) including the slides about what i am talking, will use both, yours lxh as end for the credits ;)
great work dudes!!! Title: Re: intros and outros needed!!! Post by: lxh on November 14, 2012, 12:49:15 PM Glad you like it! :)
But as an outro you better use that (http://www.feelgreat.at/lxh/temp/chaosTVoutro.mp4). It's not the big difference but it has the better end. Title: Re: intros and outros needed!!! Post by: cKleinhuis on November 14, 2012, 01:12:40 PM thank you for the effort, the outro could be a little longer ;)
i use it for the credits, you have the nice sound, can you do it longer ?! like 15 seconds or so, Title: Re: intros and outros needed!!! Post by: lxh on November 14, 2012, 02:05:10 PM What you mean, just the sound or the whole outro?
Title: Re: intros and outros needed!!! Post by: lxh on November 15, 2012, 01:08:18 AM Ok, i've pressed a view more buttons but i'm not sure if this is serious ... definitely a hard track for any video compressor. ;D
It's now 16sec. Get it here (http://www.feelgreat.at/lxh/temp/chaosTVoutro3.mp4). Title: Re: intros and outros needed!!! Post by: cKleinhuis on November 15, 2012, 02:18:10 AM ok lol, great, i am going to use one or another, but i think i stick with the last one, niiiceee loooong and exciting to get more of it ;)
thank you dudes! but anyhow, you can continue making short trailers for the show, basically i would like to have a trailer for each part of the show as there are: - news - tutorials - gallery - history :D :D :D Title: Re: intros and outros needed!!! Post by: lxh on November 15, 2012, 04:47:14 PM Lol, you sound like the typical customer. ;)
But that's ok. I love playing around with this non commercial freaky stuff. Here's the news (http://www.feelgreat.at/lxh/temp/chaosTVnews.mp4) ... another codec killer. ;D Good luck with the artifacts in youtube. Title: Re: intros and outros needed!!! Post by: cKleinhuis on November 15, 2012, 04:57:24 PM lol, you bring me in the unpleasant situation to choose ;)
lol i use slons as main intro, and yours as second to introduce the news :D Title: Re: intros and outros needed!!! Post by: cKleinhuis on November 17, 2012, 07:19:12 PM @lxh, can you do 4 different trailers with different colors ?!
the news trailer is perfect ;) just switch colors, and make ones for "history" "tutorials" and "gallery" :) Title: Re: intros and outros needed!!! Post by: lxh on November 17, 2012, 07:43:52 PM Lol Christian .. since i can think, i always had a problem to do what others told me to do. But let's see .. ;)
Meanwhile i did (i know you didn't ask for) the chaosTVspecial (http://www.feelgreat.at/lxh/temp/chaosTVspecial.mp4). I bet it needs reeeeally high bitrates. How ever, try it .. but if you use it, i wanna see the special guy with the golden shirt dancing again. ;D Title: Re: intros and outros needed!!! Post by: cKleinhuis on November 17, 2012, 08:34:14 PM @lxh, lols for what is "special"?!?!?
and you dont need to ask golden guy dancing, i am rather much more busy in actually DONT make him dance ;) i love the lightning effects, they look 3d, or is it after touching !? keep em coming ;) Title: Re: intros and outros needed!!! Post by: cKleinhuis on November 17, 2012, 08:35:44 PM and one more, the sound is ... ok .. but ... please make a soft start and end, the sound cuts so hard off at the end, it hurts my ears while editing ;)
Title: Re: intros and outros needed!!! Post by: lxh on November 19, 2012, 03:40:14 PM Well, i know what you mean. Especially when producing you are quickly fed up with sounds. But remember how you liked it when it was new to you ... and your audience hears it just a view times.
But i did something different (omg no fractals and another sound) within the chaosTVgallery (http://www.feelgreat.at/lxh/temp/chaosTVgallery.mp4). This splash is neutral and shouldn't distract from the gallery images you are going to show. Maybe you can use it ... Title: Re: intros and outros needed!!! Post by: cKleinhuis on November 19, 2012, 05:12:14 PM nice text anim ;)
but black backkground ??!? tststs Title: Re: intros and outros needed!!! Post by: lxh on November 19, 2012, 06:20:48 PM but black backkground ??!? did you read why? ;)tzzz ;D Title: Re: intros and outros needed!!! Post by: lxh on November 22, 2012, 02:23:39 PM @cKleinhuis: chaosTVhistory (http://www.feelgreat.at/lxh/temp/chaosTVhistory.mp4)
Title: Re: intros and outros needed!!! Post by: cKleinhuis on November 22, 2012, 02:24:58 PM great, thank you, it might happen that i need a "GALLERY" intro/outro, :D including dancing promised!
Title: Re: intros and outros needed!!! Post by: cKleinhuis on November 22, 2012, 02:26:20 PM that history intro is great, it reminds on a bbc history channel, and on first sight it looked like europe, but at the end it was the fractal, nicely done!!!
Title: Re: intros and outros needed!!! Post by: hobold on November 22, 2012, 03:17:57 PM I must say, lxh, if you keep throwing out these professional video clips as if it was nothing, then our Great Dictator of Life and Death might end up believing that it is, indeed, nothing. This is great production value! You are doing this stuff for a living, right?
Title: Re: intros and outros needed!!! Post by: taurus on November 22, 2012, 07:53:54 PM I must say, lxh, if you keep throwing out these professional video clips as if it was nothing... The frustrating thing is, that he does his images with the same ease - and the same quality. :sad1: Title: Re: intros and outros needed!!! Post by: lxh on November 23, 2012, 03:29:25 PM @cKleinhuis: chaosTVtutorial (http://www.feelgreat.at/lxh/temp/chaosTVtutorial.mp4) ... another ambient clip. I think it's not too off topic because i used a fractal noise shader. Learn how to dive fractals ... ;D
But maybe i do another one. Btw ... a gallery outro?!? Hmmm, what's the idea? @hobold: Thanks a lot for the flowers. I'm glad you like them. :) To me this clips are learning by doing. @Taurus: Thank you very much, Torsten! But this "ease" you are talking of might simply be an illusion. I spend many many amusing hours ;) Title: Re: intros and outros needed!!! Post by: cKleinhuis on November 23, 2012, 03:31:52 PM well done again, for the music .... i have found a musician nearby, that is taking over the sound editing and sound mastering,
i would rather need an intro than an outro for the gallery :) Title: Re: intros and outros needed!!! Post by: lxh on November 23, 2012, 04:06:08 PM for the music .... i have found a musician nearby, that is taking over the sound editing and sound mastering, Ok .. if you choose another sound, please keep in mind that most of the clips have a special timing. In case of the beat loop it is 120 bpm. i would rather need an intro than an outro for the gallery :) You don't like the gallery intro because there is no fractal? You can screen it on every fractal footage or image you like. Or is it just that you need an outro?Title: Re: intros and outros needed!!! Post by: taurus on November 23, 2012, 09:36:14 PM But this "ease" you are talking of might simply be an illusion. I spend many many amusing hours ;) I think, that's the point. Fred Astaire once said "Class is doing something very difficult and making it look very easy." ;D Title: Re: intros and outros needed!!! Post by: lxh on November 24, 2012, 02:14:44 PM I think, that's the point. Fred Astaire once said "Class is doing something very difficult and making it look very easy." ;D Hmmm, it's not up to me to assess this statement. But i think if who ever creates with passion an joy, there's a little something flowing into his creation. :)@cKleinhuis: I'm not sure if this (http://www.feelgreat.at/lxh/temp/chaosTVhotGallery.mp4) works. Maybe it's a little bit too hot for the gallery. And the sound ... don't know. But you're going to change it anyway. ;D Title: Re: intros and outros needed!!! Post by: cKleinhuis on November 24, 2012, 02:34:15 PM woah, thanks lxh, that anim is superb, and the sound is superb as well, i like the deep bass starter
for the music, i am going to talk with a somehow professional musician about how to sound the show, the basic idea is to use 4 different sound styles for the various sections, techno for news, folklore for history, hiphop for gallery and classic for tutorials, something like that, i am no sound expert and this will develop throughout the next few days/weeks thank you for your great support! Title: Re: intros and outros needed!!! Post by: taurus on November 24, 2012, 02:35:24 PM Hmmm, it's not up to me to assess this statement. It was just a compliment. I like your work - that's all...Title: Re: intros and outros needed!!! Post by: lxh on November 24, 2012, 03:20:13 PM It was just a compliment. Thanks a lot, Torsten. I've just a little problem to handle such compliments. :)@cKleinhuis: It should start with the sounds anyway. They determine the clips timing. Hmmmm, I see myself tuning them again ... ;D Title: Re: intros and outros needed!!! Post by: cKleinhuis on November 24, 2012, 03:58:57 PM @lxh ok, then let us first clean up the general sound thing, the dude is going to need one week or so, i will then forward the sounds he produced for you to visualise ;)
Title: Re: intros and outros needed!!! Post by: slon_ru on November 27, 2012, 09:00:14 PM Hi ,

Title: Re: intros and outros needed!!! Post by: cKleinhuis on November 28, 2012, 11:17:06 PM lol, @toxic, but i can assure you that i am going to dance to one of your songs ;)
Title: Re: intros and outros needed!!! Post by: toxic-dwarf on November 28, 2012, 11:22:25 PM Thanks, glad you like it. There are a few different styles/genres in the playlists so have a browse and like i say feel free to use anything you like. :whistle2:
