Title: Hello everybody, I came to learn
Post by: arki on September 14, 2012, 01:45:08 PM
Hello everybody,

I am just signing an agreement with World Scientific to publish a book on "Quantum Fractals". So, I thought I better learn before I try to teach, and by searching the net I have found this place, loaded with good info and advice. I am a mathematical physicist, but my own work depends also on computer simulations, where not only ideas, but also good algorithms and speed count. So, I will be rendering for my book some new (or so I think, but I am not sure) kind of fractals. But first I will read through the Forum to find out what already has been posted.

Oooh, this sounds really interesting! Can you reveal more?
I don't think, most of the fractals here are all that relevant for quantum effects.

Hello and welcome to fractalforums!

You should speak with Jason Padgett :hrmm:

Yes it does sound new and interesting but maybe we can help with different rendering techniques. Let us know!
