Diagnosis Criteria : Concept and trajectory of story line entrancingingly interesting : Basic motif  Fractal balls with five tubes lines in different disguises with applied  maps : data : visual concepts simplistically employed and fanciful color adjustibilites a joy to see, do more!

Very cool story!  Super steampunk. 

Kinda reminds me of a short story I read once called "The Eyes of America" by Geoffery A. Landis.  It's set in an alternate 1904 where Thomas Edison runs for president, but he's defeated by Mark Twain and Nikola Tesla... when they invent television!
