Critique : you did well but well is not good in this place and time of fractal investigations, when only the strongest of the strongest will survive, here is our critiques! We suggest you did well, but, it to us is a lost opportunity to make it a great movie. Why? You had all the structures in place, but not the ingredients to make it rise to the level of greatness, It is good, but not great. What we mean, if you want to equate it or liking it to fine dinner, The food without seasoning is bland, no gravy : thus wheres the gravy? What is in the movie to keep out attention? Here is one suggestion : You had the composition perfect : Camera work passible : where you fell short was the drama, and spark that you can only get by studying and studying lighting! Lighting! Remember a woman, she is beautiful, if you can see her, and when she has make up on, she is a master piece! Your film has no gravy or no makeup, and no women! Light is might! Use it, like the sun, without which, you are dead! The make up we talking about is light. The light must move with the movie, and show shadows, show rays of the sun, show contrasts of the deep dark, juxtaposed against white light, this is whats missing! Title: Re: 3D Fractal Magic for your eyes and ears Post by: cKleinhuis on June 23, 2012, 05:16:14 AM very decent and balanced moving path, the object itself looks massive, although in my eyes to few "chaotic" and, no morphin base object, great music, great feeling, enjoyed watching it,everything looked so big, i love "slow" anims, because it is really decent and relaxing to view a nice zoom with 50 frames per centimeter ( or whatever ) lols |
