Title: Hi from Hari Karam Singh Post by: harikaram on November 18, 2008, 04:07:42 PM Hi from London UK.
I just upgraded to UF5. At the moment I'm interested in 3D fractals and using UF code to do some improvements on the classic fern leaf. I also run a business consultancy course about fractal leadership. HKS Title: Re: Hi from Hari Karam Singh Post by: David Makin on November 18, 2008, 09:41:55 PM Hi and welcome to the forums.
If you're not writing your own formulas then you can combine 3D fractals and improving the fern using mmf4.ufm:3D IFS. If you want 2D IFS then there are several IFS formulas in the public collection, some do flames and are compatible with earlier versions of Apophysis - or you could try mmf4.ufm:Escape-Time IFS. If you want 3D Quaternions/Hypercomplex etc. then the best formulas for that are Ron Barnett's (in the "reb" collections).
