This fractal is an IFS in the hyperbolic symmetry group [4+,5]. The IFS is defined using an affine transformation and a set of hyperbolic transformations. It was generated using the Fractal Science Kit fractal generator built-in program "Hyperbolic Attractors".

The program is based on an algorithm described in the paper:

Iterated function systems with symmetry in the hyperbolic plane,
Bruce M. Adcock, Kevin C. Jones, Clifford A. Reiter (Lafayette College)
and Lisa M. Vislocky. Computers & Graphics 24 (2000) 791-796.
